Orders and Payment
Yes. COD is our main payment method across Pakistan.
Yes. Please keep the exact amount ready. Some riders may offer a wallet option at checkout, but on cash-on-delviery option,the rider would only take cash.
You can cancel before dispatch. After dispatch, we can try to stop it, but it may not be possible. If it returns to us, shipping or COD handling fees may apply.
Shipping and Delivery
We prepare orders within 24 hours and provide you with the Tracking ID on Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.
- Standard delivery, 6 to 8 business days after dispatch
- Fast delivery, 3 to 5 business days after dispatch in selected cities

- Standard Delivery Rate: PKR 200
- Fast Shipping: PKR 350

Tracking and Updates
We send a tracking link by Email or Whatsapp after dispatch. It can take up to 24 hours to start showing scans and tracking.
Check with family, neighbors, and building staff. Look in common drop areas. Wait 24 hours for scan delays. If you still do not have it, contact us with your order number
Yes, if the order has not shipped. Contact us as soon as possible. After dispatch, changes depend on the courier and may take more time.
Include house or flat number, street, area, city, postal code, and a working mobile number. Landmarks help riders find you faster.

Problems with an Order
Contact us within 48 hours. Share photos of the outer box, inner packing, and the item. We will help with a claim and arrange a replacement or a refund if needed.
