Returns & Refunds Policy – Liworth

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Return Window

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Unused, undamaged, and with all packaging intact

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions on how and where to send your item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Health, hygiene, or personal care products once opened

  • Gift cards

If you're unsure about your item’s return eligibility, email us before placing an order.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order after your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified about the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
