COD Policy

Effective date: August 21st, 2025
Applies to: Orders placed on Liworth.com for delivery within Pakistan.

Where COD is available

  • We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan where our courier partners support COD.

  • Remote or outlying areas may have limited service or extra time.

Who can use COD

  • COD is for personal orders delivered to a home or office address in Pakistan.

  • We may limit COD for very high order values or bulk purchases.

  • We may disable COD for accounts with repeated refusals or suspected fraud.

Order confirmation

  • We may confirm your order by phone call or OTP.

  • If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, we may cancel the order.

Paying at your door

  • Please keep exact cash ready. Some riders may accept wallet payments, but this is not guaranteed.

  • Riders cannot wait long at the address. Please be available at the time they call.

Open-box check

  • Some couriers allow a quick visual check without fully unsealing the product.

  • If your courier does not support open-box checks, payment is taken first.

  • If anything is wrong after delivery, contact us and we will help.

Delivery attempts and missed deliveries

  • Couriers usually make 1 to 2 attempts.

  • If you miss the delivery, they will try again or contact you by phone.

  • After failed attempts, the parcel returns to us.

Refusals and fees

  • If you refuse a COD parcel or it returns after repeated failed attempts, we may charge:

    • Original shipping

    • Return shipping

    • COD handling fees (if any)

  • We may restrict COD for future orders on that account.

Changes and cancellations

  • You can change the address or cancel before dispatch. Contact support as soon as possible with your order number.

  • After dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation. You can refuse delivery, but return and handling fees may apply.

Returns and refunds for COD orders

  • Follow the steps on our Returns and Refunds page.

  • Refunds for COD orders are issued by bank transfer or store credit.

  • We cannot issue cash refunds at the door.

Product or order limits

  • Some items may be not eligible for COD due to size, value, or safety rules. Eligibility shows at checkout.

  • We may split your order into multiple parcels. You may pay each parcel separately if required by the courier.

Tracking and support

  • You receive a tracking link by SMS or email after dispatch.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
