Where We Ship

Coverage: We deliver across Pakistan (all provinces and major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Multan, and others).

Remote/Outlying Areas: Available via our courier partners’ extended networks; allow extra time.

Address Types: Residential and business addresses only (no P.O. Boxes). A valid mobile number is required for delivery coordination.
Our Shipping Methods & Timelines

Processing time: Orders are prepared for dispatch within 24 hours (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).

Standard COD (Official): 6–8 business days after dispatch.

Fast COD (Selected Cities): 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM PKT are processed the next business day.
Delivery estimates are calculated as processing time + courier transit time and may vary by city, exact address, and courier workload.
Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on weight/volume, destination, and service selected.

Free shipping threshold: We offer Free shipping on orders over PKR 3000.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

Default payment method: We primarily ship Cash on Delivery nationwide.

What to expect at delivery:

The rider will contact the provided mobile number prior to or at arrival.

Have the exact cash amount ready (some riders may offer digital wallets where available).

If you miss the rider, 1–2 re-attempts may be made.

Refusals / Non-delivery: Refusing a COD parcel or repeated failed attempts may result in the order being returned. Upon return receipt, we may deduct two-way shipping/COD handling and any applicable fees before issuing a refund (if paid in advance) or may restrict future COD service.
Note: Some couriers do not allow full unsealing before payment. Where an “open-box check” is supported, you may visually verify contents without unsealing inner packaging.
Order Tracking

When your order ships, you receive a tracking link by SMS/email.

Tracking may take 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Multi-item orders may ship in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.
Address Accuracy & Changes

Please enter a complete address (house/flat, street, area, city, postal code) and a reachable mobile number. Landmarks can help riders locate you faster.

Once a parcel is in transit, rerouting is at courier discretion and may incur fees/delays.
Delays & Service Interruptions
While we work to meet the above timelines, certain events may extend delivery times, including but not limited to: extreme weather/monsoon conditions, public holidays (Ramadan/Eid), road closures, security checks, local strikes or processions, flight limitations, customs/security inspections for restricted goods, incorrect/incomplete addresses, and courier network disruptions.

We actively monitor delays, push for resolution with our partners, and keep you updated via SMS/email.

We are not liable for delays outside our control; however, our support team will escalate with the courier and provide the next actionable ETA.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

Marked “Delivered” but not received:

Check with household/office reception/neighbors and common drop areas.

Wait 24 hours for potential scan delays.

Contact us within 72 hours of the “delivered” status at [liworth.biz@outlook.com] with your order number.

Damaged on arrival / Short items: Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the outer carton, inner packaging, and the item(s).

We will file a courier claim and, once verified, arrange a replacement or refund subject to product availability and applicable law.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to you upon courier delivery confirmation to your address. Regardless, we will assist with courier investigations for any delivery issues reported promptly.
Failed, Refused, or Unclaimed Deliveries

If a parcel returns to us due to refusal, address issues, or repeated failed attempts, we will process a refund (if any prepayment was made) minus original shipping, return shipping, and COD handling fees.

To re-ship, additional shipping/COD fees may apply.
Holiday & Peak Periods
During Eid, national holidays, and major sales, allow an additional 2–4 business days for both processing and transit due to network congestion.
Order Verification & Security
For high-value or flagged orders, we may perform additional verification (e.g., short call/OTP). If we cannot verify within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled as a security precaution.
International Shipping
At this time, Liworth.com ships within Pakistan only. If this changes, we will update this page with duty/tax terms.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this page to reflect changes in carriers, rates, or service coverage. Updates apply to orders placed after the new effective date.
